As I promised... myself and 3fiddyz set out to settle the rivalry and constant bickering once and for all...

Tonight... we raced...


but with a Twist... We had svtmach1 (jsep productions www.jsept.tv) there to film the whole thing :bow: :bow:

The setting:

We did this with my better half about a half mile ahead on cop watch- with radios...

Aaron- 3fiddyz: 2003 FairladyZ with plenum and intake- slight advantage- BUT... advantage neutralized with 200lbs Camera man

Joe- Joeking1978: 2002 Suzuka blue S2000- Stock! (with 18" SSR GT1's)

nice vid! i guess somebody finally stepped up and got it on tape. one of my best friend has a 2003 s2k with aem cai and invidia exhaust, he would usually get me from a dig and i would get him from a roll, about 1/2-1 car to about 120. exactly what i expected. great vid and thanks for posting.

Well done, it's good to see that reasonable car enthusiasts can admire each other and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each car. Without having to **** and moan about the reasons they should have done better (with the obvious exception of the 200lb cameraman ).

 

you should see your reps over in the Street racing version of this... egads!!

 

more advantage for the s2k..because Z had 200 pounds camera man...

oh well... i dont want to bring another s2k vs 350z thread..lol

350z got owned out of the hole by a s2k

 

That 200# is a bigger factor from a dig than it is from a roll.

Nice vid though.

 

I dunno about his... My auto Z with a 150lbs passenger beat a S2k by about a car and i only had intake and Crank pulley... and he was stock with no passenger
