Arrow My V4 Plenum ------

I had my V4 installed in my vehicle for only two days.. now..
I thought I check it out in the sunlight , as I was looking over my other engine components...

I started the vehicle and walked over to the front of the engine compartment...
There ----->>> where the Plenum is molded for the strut ( I don't have a strut) I saw a thin long crack... I got some water.. and applied to the area.. and watch as most of it beaded from the top , as it ran down the curvature of the surface and got digested in the crack..
I measured with a 6" machinist ruller.. to be approx 2.25 inches in length, horizonally...
I've taken imagery.. but.. right now I need to reinstall my stock Plenum..
will post the imagery later...

Isduique --- I need a replacement -----

Thats why i stopped at V3 and i still havent got my check from them. I think all you guys who are deciding on this plenum should just wait for an aluminum one by them because its gettin ridiculous.

I REALLY didn't want to hear this.

So did you notice anything weird about your car or did you just happen to find the crack by cooincidence? Was the idle rough or something?

I installed my V.4 just over three weeks ago. Its been checked every day and I haven't had any troubles. But, I don't want a part on my car that has to be checked every day either.

Kinetix...How about replacing all of the current plenums on the street with aluminum ones once they are available so your customers feel a little better about their purchase.

I'm with you Lou. People will never learn. Kinetix has to be losing some serious cash with all of these replacements.
