Default Tokico D Spec shocks are COMING !!!

I attended the Long Beach Grand Prix and visited the Tokico booth at the Lifestyle Expo. They said the D Spec will be out middle of May and the shock/spring combo will be out beginning of July. For the shocks alone will cost under $700.00 and the spring/shock combo will cost $900.00.

Nice. I've always been a fan of Tokico. I think they made the OEM Z32 struts.

Actually, I'd read that they DID make the Z33 shocks.

However, I'm sure they built what Nissan wanted. I wouldn't blame them.

Interesting.

Is it me, or does the shock's spring perch seem very small? I hope it's compatible with OEM/other springs. I would assume so if they sell shocks only.

How many inches lower will the spring/shock combo lower the Z for the front and rear?

I can't really tell from the promotion display, can the adjustments (rebound/compression) be done independently?

Anyone see or hear new updates on this? Went over to Tokicos site and they list the product for the 350Z and G35 under the new products as updated on 7/12.

Just spoke with the girl who answered their 800 number and she said it will likely be the end of August and that they are still in development. She said the website is wrong. (So if they know that, why don't they fix it?)
