Default Oregon/SW Washington NWN GG convoy discussion

I'd like to guage interest on a convoy for our group. I'm sure there's people coming out of Eugene and Salem; please check in here if you plan on being apart of the convoy. Also, post your name and where you'll be coming from.

I'll try to keep this list updated as much as possible.
1) sno, Bryan, Portland
2) encore100, John, Vancouver
3) Ruff Z, ______, Clackamas (maybe)
4) overZealous1, Scott, Portland (maybe)
5) garym, Gary, Portland (cancelled)
6) jiggalam, ______, Portland (maybe)
7) SUSPECT03, Jeff, Vancouver

It's, probably, the largest Pacific NW gathering of Nissans. This year will be it's 5th consecutive event and last year they reported 400+ Nissans. People from all over (Oregon, Washington, California, Canada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming) attend the event. All cars from B13 Sentras to R34 Skylines will be in attendance.

UPDATE: I just realized that there are 4+ parking garages at Lloyd Center. To cut down on confusion, I suggest the meeting spot be changed to the Regal Lloyd Center 10 parking lot across NE Multnomah St from Lloyd Center @ 5am. WE LEAVE AT 5:30AM.

The address to the movie theater is:
1510 NE Multnomah Street
Portland, OR 97232

I think I mead head up a day early as well. In order for us to meet up with the Seattle guys, we're going to have to leave here by 5:30am.

Kewl!
I found the official GG thread.
I always go to the one that is held at the Clackamas County Fairgrounds in Canby, but it isn't that big.
I'd be interested in this one.

Thanks for the info

Definitely will. We have a lot of time, still, to plan it all out. As we get closer to the date we'll have a better idea of our groups meeting time.

Still in the planning stages. Post your opinion on meeting times and places. I suggest the convoy leave at 5:30am from the Lloyd Center parking garage.

Well, I realized the event is the same weekend as my wedding anniversary.
My wife already has plans, and when I tried to talk her into going to Seattle instead, she got PI$$ED!
She already gets sick of all the cars in and out of the garages that I'm working on, and she said she wants to go to the Oregon coast and hang out at Chinook Winds instead of being around "a bunch of cars and smelly exhaust fumes" (her words).

She gets the the smell of Nitro and Alcohol mixed up with the gas smell.
She won't even go to the drag strip when we run our cars anymore.
What a pooper!

Lol, yep, that was me.

5:30am is hella early but if we want to meet up with the Seattle group, then we have no choice.
