I've got strup headers - for the price, they're great (good quality/fit/finish)...IMO only header that's better is Crawford's, which are a PITA to install and cost 2X that of Strup.

do the hfc's have 3 bolt flanges on both sides? everything after the cat on my car is 2 bolt flanges

There is one 3 bolt side and one 2 bolt side.
