Try www.evo-r.net for air ducts similar to Varis.

If a part is unique, patent it.
It's not my industry, I don't get free or reduced cost parts from the vendors or manufacturers.

I am a consumer and have no financial interest in promoting certain parts or manufacturers. Can you say that?

As a consumer you have a right to buy whatever you want, but in the end as a car enthusiast CARS run through my blood and if I can help aftermarket companies stay afloat to continue to provide quality parts for something I love, i'm going to do it. People are so quick to think about themselves and only of themselves and forget about the big picture. If you are in it for the short term I guess it doesn't matter.

I will have to dig up a few SEMA and modified magazine articles I read a while back where they brought up the subjuect of patents and counterfeits. The process is a PITA and pretty long and can take years to develop. Imagine seeing aftermarket parts for a 2003 350z in 2005 or 2006 because of all of the legal crap they have to jump through in order to protect their products. By the time the products are released the car's production run is pretty much dead. hahaha

I say again, I have no PERSONAL FINANCIAL INTEREST in the aftermarket parts business. YOU DO.

You are thinking about yourself.

Really now? Do I magically own an aftermarket car parts company? I just love cars and love modding them. If a ton of aftermarket companies went down because of a bunch of morons supporting replica companies, I would be pissed as a car enthusiast because now I have less parts to choose from and cannot go ***** out the way I want to. This has nothing to do with financial gain on my part

Don't want to argue with you, Rickdogg, but you are sponsored, recieve low cost or free parts, have sold parts right on these forums. Tell me that is not true and I will shut up.

And I don't think it is appropriate to call people who buy replicas "morons" because they actually have to pay full price for what they buy, rather than being a "parts *****" for companies.

Pay the full price for your parts, then you will have some credibility with me. When a company or companies are paying you or discounting parts to you that you put on your car, you are a representive of the company and not an unbias consumer.
