Yeah, you just drop the car off and I give you a call when it is ready. Normally takes about 4-5 hours...

Hey Hemant...

Got a question for you...

I have been a Meguires fan for a while now but have never tried Zaino. I have a Rotary and am looking to try Zaino is your combination what normally would be applied (seems like a professional application)? Where can I get a good deal (maybe a package deal) on Zaino products?

Moodie: Saturday I was going to go to the meet at Lake Elizabeth, Sunday is football with the guys. Friday is free for me.. and don't worry I didn't forget about you.

CaliforniaZman: Well Zaino has a Z-kit it consists of the Z-5, Z-2, ZFX cure accelerator, 2 claybars, Z-6 gloss spray. It's $85 and you can order it from Steve. He's in san jose. His website is SJZaino.com . Normally i do it by hand, all hand wash and wax. I only break out the porter cable for buffing out scratches and buffing out really bad swirls. Most of the time i go with one coat of Z5 and 2 coats of Z2. Dark cars i recommend 2 coats (or more) of Z5 and a coat of Z2. When using the ZFX 3 coats of each wax can only be applied a day. 6 coats total. Anything more is not going to do anything, a waste of time and a waste of Zaino. Trust me i've tried. If you need anymore advice just shoot me a pm and i'd be glad to help you out.

hemant, if we get the coats of zaino put on by you, for the maintenance wash, can we just go to one of those touchless car washes at a gas station to get most of the dirt off? just wondering how good zaino is at keeping dirt from really sticking to thecar. i've got a black G which shows dirt easily and i'd like to get it washed every couple of weeks but not spend like $80-100/month keeping her clean. if i didn't live in an apt then i could do this for much less....
