I have a friend that used to have an Anniverssary 300ZX and had some nice stuff manufactured for it since Nissan discontinued it. Anyway fast forward to now, he is getting a 350Z and is already set on putting on the APS TT since he got a ride in my TT and to go along with his unique items he is thinking of having some Twin Turbo emblems made so he asked me to see if there would be any interest.

The emblem is going to be the quality and font and texture of the current 350Z and Fairlady Z emblems from the rear hatch, he doesn't like to go cheap looking so for that reason it wont be cheap, he is thinking of doing an intitial run which of course has setup costs so the emblems would come out to around 65-75 bucks plus shipping which shoould be around the 10 bucks area. There would only be 10 emblems made.

Don't ask how much for just a Turbo sign, just don't apply the Twin part of it

So post up if you would be interested.

PS: Gus, you have any extra APS emblems or stickers at the shop? I wasn't sure if my kit had any I didn't check.

 

I would def. be in....I've been looking for one for the last year. I was going to go to a local shop and see if they could make me one to match the 350Z, but if you're gonna do it, I will def. get it from you.

I thought about this before, but only adding "tt" after the 350Z emblem, as opposed to spelling it out.


::edit:: But then I thought it would look too much like the Audi "tt". So I guess this post was worthless, sorry

post a pic of the design when its completed but before it has been manufactured. If it looks good, I will probably want one.

 

Great response guys, I think he is either going to photoshop one on a car or make a prototype, so as soon as we are ready I will post up.

Chris, the APS kits don't bring any stuff it seems only things like the test pipes do, we may have some extras around I will see tomorrow.

Id jump in also depending on photo of it! Ive alwyas wanted to take the porsche turbo and put in on the z but font wont match other font!
