I will say one thing here and that is you guys are entitled to your opinion, and I have never argued that. I do not understand why it is so bad that I have mine. I sent a couple PMs to people and like I have said, if this stuff is going on for real then I will be the first to admit that I was wrong.

Until then, for me the jury is still out. You guys have made up your minds and that is, in my mind too bad. I want to hear more from both sides about this and I think this does need to be resolved at this point.

I will not "defend" anyone here. I will respond to comment about me personally, but that is not what this thread is about or the other ones. Some how it got onto that topic, and I am sorry for my involvement in making it go that way. I do not care what you guys think, but until you know someone(more than reading their posts here) you cannot judge them. Things I said were either read wrong or not written properly by me and I am sorry for that. Hopefully this all gets worked out....one way or the other!

So, what you dont know and what I am sure he did not tell you is that I offered for him to send the clutch back to me so I could get it warrantied. He said the only thing he wanted was his money back, from what I remember. By the way, the clutch was a month old and worked fine when it came out of my car!

They are probably not responding so as not to incriminate themselves further. For, surely they will end up in court soon.

Well, let's at least try and keep this one open as sort of a "PSA" for the people.
