Heads for the Z are stupid expensive. It sucks to have 4 cams. My friend's LS1 has 1 cam -.-..the best street cam for his car costs like 400 bucks, and u can install it w/o taking out the engine or any kind of tune.
Julian, when will you be in the shop until tonite?

Cams plus install is going to run 2K+ and your tune my be off enough for you to not see much gain, plus without headers the cams will not shine. I would suggest UTEC since you can get a good tune now and save for FI since you really don't need cams for FI.

Hm. Okay. Thats what I was thinking about doing. UTEC and then just save like 10 grand together for some kind of F/I kit w/ a cam install within a year or 2. I feel cams are pretty important actually.. you can get the same power w/ less boost which means less stress on the engine, less heat ect. Id like to do it right the first time.
