Default so my 05 G35 needs a new engine... Oil Consumption...car has no oil left

So the G35 that i got was slowly breaking apart.

The car for the past 2 weeks has been making a very weird stutter noise, when switching gears , especially on take off, 1st, 2nd gear, and mostly around 3000 rpm. The noise is very loud when the car is cool, and when it heats up the noise is not as bad, but still there.

so i took it to service two days ago, got a loaner car, and its been two days and i didnt hear from the guys there. i am guessing this is serious, so i waited till i got a call from them....

first thing the guy says, buddy your car consumes oil, has very little oil left in it, and you might need a new engine..

i guess the problems can never finsih huh?

my clutch also gets stuck half way , i have to pull it back up with my foot... it happens occasionally

the slip, vdc, abs light at all on, and the brake starts crunching

the rattling noise underneath the car is constant and makes the car sounds cheap , like a rusted honda civic

a clicking sound coming from the rear axle

i am having the guys at service check them all...

how worse can it get?

I actually have never measured after drain. Seems to be about the correct amount.

When I check oil levels, doesn't seem to be an issue. Been 4200 on this oil change.
