Run 053 --- Stock Manifold w/ Plenum Spacer
Run 048 --- Cosworth Plenum
10+whp gain from 5300 up
~30whp gain at 6300rpm over stock!
This looks promising for the high revs, 7000+rpm tests coming soon

Still waiting to be impressed. Disappointed to see the midrange loss. Looks like the spacer was more consistent throughout the entire powerband. Hopefully this performs better in the upper RPMs. I'm anxious to see results with a motor/setup going to 7500 RPM.

. I dont mind losing that much mid if the high end gains is off the chart

This plenum is going to show that it works better with high HP high RPM setups !!

those are big top end gains damn! lDoesnt look like on this particular car the spacer did anything for midrange vs even stock plenum, but the gains up top, esp at redline, are quite nice. Looking forward to trying it out on my NA motor

Rather disappointing actually. Where would you use all that 6K+ power? Not around town. The area under the curve goes to the spacer. That makes the dragstrip a toss-up too. I suppose there is no way to tune this thing, no adjustments to shift the power curve?

I'm not going to argue your driving style, I'm sure you're an expert. However, I'd like to point out that when you shift, the spacer will be all over that manifold. That's why I called it a toss-up. I'm sure someone will try it out soon enough, and then we'll know for sure.

so if you shift at 6600 rpms, then
2nd starts around 4000 rpms
3rd starts around 4600 rpms
4th starts around 5100 rpms
5th starts around 5150 rpms
6th starts around 5200 rpms
if you shift at 7000 rpms, then
2nd starts around 4300 rpms
3rd starts around 4900 rpms
4th starts around 5450 rpms
5th starts around 5500 rpms
6th starts around 5550 rpms
if you shift at 7500 rpms, then
2nd starts around 4600 rpms
3rd starts around 5200 rpms
4th starts around 5800 rpms
5th starts around 5900 rpms
6th starts around 5950 rpms
the time you spend in 1st and 2nd gear are nothing compared to the time you spend in 3rd-5th gears which the majority of that rpm range falls above what the spacer's midrange power will give you the advantage. The big hp cars are going to be traction starved in 1st and 2nd gears anyway and not likely to be able to go full WOT in those gears where they'll briefly be in the mid rpms

your butt-dyno cannot be that sensitive to properly notice that midrange loss...n/a
i think the gains look promising.... Looking forward to higher psi, rev rpm runs...
And the spacer midrange wasnt that impresive compared to what the stock run was.
Fi....that mid range loss is nothing VCT cannot fix

all over? not if you shifted at redline it wouldn't. You would fall right back into the zone where the manifold seems to come on from the looks of it. And this is still a stock redline car from the looks of it, something to keep in mind
